Unlike universal storage baskets, the Kaon Cargo Crates have been engineered specifically for the Grenadier’s interior.
Each basket sits neatly within the recessed sections above the rear wheel arches, providing approximately 100mm of storage depth while preserving valuable cargo space.
The right-hand crate incorporates a divider to separate equipment into manageable sections, while the left-hand crate maintains access to the factory jack where applicable.
Manufactured from laser-cut and folded steel, the Rear Cargo Crates are finished in Kaon’s durable Undara Black powder coat, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a premium finish that complements the Grenadier’s interior.
Designed, manufactured and owned in Australia, they’re built to withstand years of demanding touring and off-road use.
The recessed design allows the cargo crates to remain compatible with many popular rear drawer systems while making use of otherwise wasted space. They are also compatible with the factory M1 cargo barrier.
The Cargo Crate Set mounts securely to the interior trim above the rear wheel arches using the supplied mounting hardware.
Some drilling is required, with detailed installation instructions included to guide the fitting process.
