Add the convenience of automatic power folding mirrors to your INEOS Grenadier or Quartermaster with this vehicle-specific upgrade kit.
The system converts the factory manually folding mirrors to powered operation while retaining your original mirror housings and glass. Lock the vehicle and the mirrors automatically fold in; unlock the vehicle and they deploy again, giving the Grenadier a premium factory-style feature while helping protect the mirrors in tight spaces.
Once installed, the system integrates with the vehicle’s locking operation:
It’s particularly useful in narrow garages, shopping centre car parks, tight tracks and anywhere the Grenadier’s wide mirrors are vulnerable to being knocked.
An important distinction with this kit is that you’re not replacing the complete exterior mirrors.
The kit replaces the internal manual folding mechanism with motorised folding units while retaining the original:
Mirror housings and glass are not supplied with this kit.
The system uses a dedicated inline wiring harness rather than requiring the factory wiring to be cut. Strek describes the system as 100% plug-and-play with no cutting of factory wires.
The kit includes the folding mechanisms, control module and vehicle-specific wiring required to integrate the system into the Grenadier.
The manufacturer’s kit includes:

Strek’s installation documentation specifically identifies compatibility with 2023–2025 Station Wagon and Quartermaster models. Their current website also promotes the system for 2023–2026 vehicles, so for an Expedition HQ listing I’d avoid promising 2026 compatibility until you’ve confirmed it on an Australian 2026 vehicle.
Although the kit uses plug-and-play electrical connections, this is a substantially more involved installation than a typical plug-in accessory.
Installation requires disassembly of the factory mirrors, replacement of the internal folding mechanisms, removal of door trims and routing of the wiring through the doors and into the cabin. The factory mirror mechanism also contains a high-tension spring, for which the kit includes a dedicated compression tool.
For this reason, we’d recommend professional installation by Expedition HQ for customers who aren’t experienced with vehicle trim, mirror and electrical work.
The Grenadier’s large mirrors provide excellent visibility but can become vulnerable in tight parking spaces, narrow garages and confined off-road tracks.
This kit addresses that inconvenience without replacing the Grenadier’s distinctive factory mirror assemblies. The original housings and glass remain in place while the internal mechanism gains automatic powered operation.
It’s the kind of upgrade you quickly get used to—lock the Grenadier, the mirrors fold away; unlock it, and they’re ready to go again.
